Wat`s up jakarta, wat`s up indonesia, salam damai semua dan biarlah sukacita natal yang bergema di hati kita semua. Sori mayori strowbery kalau diantara kalian yang following me pada bertanya-tanya kenapa gak update-update blog dsb ?, yes… jawabannya adalah semakin mendekati tutup tahun semakin memuncak tingkat kesibukanku, semuanya kebanyakan atas dasar SIBUK dan SIBUK (gak jelas).

Yeah, sibuknya aku bukan dikarenakan masalah century yang berkaitan dengan menteri keuangan sri mulyani dan wakil presiden budiono, bukan pula karna masalah PLN yang mencoba mencari hutangan 11,5triliun untuk pembangunan PLTU, tetapi dikarenakan tutup pembukuan diakhir tahun ini. Banyak kegiatan/pekerjaan yang dipertengahan tahun kemarin yang masih pending, dan sekarang baru bisa dijamah dan dikerjakan, ya intinya ingin membersihkan sampah-sampah kerjaan yang masih tersisa biar ditahun baru nanti tidak ada lagi pekerjaan yang pending.

Confuse ??, yes.. aku mau share kalau selama penyelesaian kerjaanku kemarin banyak sekali job yang aku ambil. Ada yang sukses tapi ada yang tidak sukses. Dan salah satu ketidaksuksesanku adalah membuat “orang” yang selama ini share job ke aku menyatakan kata “TOLOL” sama aku. Aku heran kenapa bisa orang yang aku maksud itu bilang via sms : lu tolol banget sih ??, oh men… dan kejadiannya itu tadi malam. Kacau, kacau begete dan pokoknya.
SINGKAT CERITA :
Itu berawal kemarin aku dapat kerjaan membuat aplikasi dari salah satu departemen pemerintahan di INDONESIA. As we know, kalau proyek pemerintahan itu, duitnya akan cair kalau aplikasi itu sudah dinyatakan done dan oke, maka akan turun budget dari mereka, nah.. awal-awalnya ya kita gak dapat kucuran dana untuk develop mulai dari tahap analisa aplikasi – deploying dan closing project.
Kemarin aku sama partnerku ambil dah tuh project dan kita mulai develop tanpa ada bayaran apa-apa diawal, kita sih percaya-percaya aja karna ini recommended dari “orang” yang aku maksud diatas. Oke kita definisikan project ini di develop dikantor X, dan “orang” yang aku maksud adalah Y. Well, aku ke kantor X atas suruhan Y, dari awal kita emang percaya akan project pemerintah dari si X ini, makanya kita rela gak tidur beberapa hari, nginap dan sebagainya. Well, pas requirementnya sudah kami selesaikan, pihak staff dari X calling aku dan bilang “kalau proyek ini tidak dibayar sama departemen (dirahasiakan) pemerintahan. Tapi kami akan berusaha membayar upah kalian“. Terus aku coba calling mereka dan ingin menanyakan kepastiannya bagaimana, eh.. malah aku dibilang MENDESAK, bicara bertele-tele, kacau..kacaulah…sampai keluar omongan mereka klo aku TOLOL, dalam hatiku, oh God,…tunjukkanlah kebenaran yang terjadi ke bumi ini.
Intinya aku cuman pengen bertanya atas kewajibanku selama ini bagaimana ??, aku cuma pengen menuntut hak yang harus aku dapat dari apa yang sudah aku kerjakan. That`s it, no more. Heran aja, siapa yang salah siapa yang dimaki-maki. Tapi ya sudahlah, intinya walau mereka sudah memaki-maki, tapi duitnya sudah aku terima kok, thx to mr X, dan thx juga atas kerjasamanya, inilah yang pertama dan terakhir. Dan aku hanya ingin bilang kalau “GAK SELAMANYA ORANG YANG LEBIH MUDA DARI KITA BISA DIREMEHKAN DAN DIANGGAP SELALU BERSALAH. MAKANYA MASING-MASING KITA HARUS BISA NGACA”
TIPS MENGERJAKAN JOB/PROYEK PEMERINTAHAN atau NON PEMERINTAHAN :
Disini aku ingin berbagi tips bagaimana mengerjakan project (mungkin generally – semua bidang : IT dsb) baik dari pemerintahan atau non pemerintahan (swasta, kuliahan, dsb), jika ada yang salah atau kurang, mohon dikoreksi, ini merupakan pengalaman pribadi saya.
- Hal terpenting adalah REQUIREMENT, scope project nya bagaimana ??.
- Usai kita mengetahui requirement yang jelas, saatnya menganalisa requirement.
- Buatlah surat kontrak kerja
- At least minta DP (biasanya 1/2 dari total anggaran project)
- Berhati-hatilah terhadap project pemerintahan
- Komunikasi dengan client
- Yang terakhir (optional) kalau sudah closing project, bayari orang disekitar makan – makan, heheheee
Ini hal yang sangat penting, kenapa ?, karena dengan adanya scope project, requirement yang jelas, kita bisa mengukur kemampuan kita bisa atau tidak dalam mengerjakannya, waktunya bagaimana dan sebagainya. Jadi kalau requirement tidak jelas, masih samar-samar, ada beberapa point yang belum didefinisikan, aku sarankan JANGAN AMBIL PROJECTNYA, itu bisa menjadi alat mematikan bagi kita sipekerja project.
Dari tahap ini, kita bisa tetapkan waktu pengerjaan, berapa resources (orang dan alat) yang kita butuhkan, dan seberapa besar budget untuk project ini.
Ini akan menjadi senjata kita dikemudian hari, dan juga bisa menjadi boomerang untuk kita. Dengan adanya surat kontrak ini, jika suatu saat nanti ada penyimpangan terjadi dikemudian hari selama project berjalan, kita bisa menggunakan surat kontrak untuk penyelesaian masalah. Bahkan sampai berujung ke masalah hukum, juga bisa kita pakai. Semisal client kita tidak membayar penuh duit projek, kita bisa tuntut karna total duit ada di surat kontrak, namun bahaya nya juga jikalau kita udah terima DP, tapi kita tidak kerjakan projek dan kita lari, kita juga bisa dituntut berlandaskan surat kontrak kerja ini.
Jaman sekarang susah mempercayai orang apalagi berhubungan dengan DUIT, jadi mintalah DP diawal (biasanya 1/2 dari total anggaran project), biar lebih meyakinkan kita sebagai pekerja project terhadap project itu.
Yes, waspadalah dalam pengerjaan project pemerintahan, biasanya project pemerintahan itu duitnya cair diakhir project, jadi diawal project kita gak ada dapat duit, itupun kalau mereka (pemerintah) bilang oke atas aplikasi itu, duit akan cair, tapi bisa jadi projectnya jadi project gagal alias tidak dibayar sama sekali dan usaha kita selama ini utk develop project sia-sia. Maka dari itu aku sarankan jangan asal terima project pemerintah, pastikan semuanya berjalan lancar dan transparan. Kacaunya lagi, anggaran duitnya sekian ratus juta, eh yang nyampe dikita cuman 50juta (biasa pangkas sana pangkas sini)..huhuhuu
Komunikasi ini penting juga, ciptakanlah komunikasi yang baik dengan client.
Well, udah dulu ah, masih banyak kerjaan neh, masih mau ketokin kepala yang udah bilang aku TOLOL, wacauuuu…
